You pay for talk-time minutes. Nothing else.
Connected, answered call time — rounded fairly, robocalls and spam filtered before billing. No per-seat fees for your team, no per-escalation charges, no setup fee.
Overage is per minute, at your tier's rate.
Cross your included minutes and the meter continues at ₹13 (Starter), ₹12 (Growth) or ₹11 (Scale) per minute — ₹11 is the floor, and the calculator above includes it automatically. Sustained overage means the next tier is cheaper; the calculator shows the exact crossover.
Telephony is included; concurrency is the tier lever.
10, 25 or 50 simultaneous calls by tier — that's the festival-rush dial. Calls beyond your concurrency hear your configured fallback, never a dead line.
