What counts as a conversation?
A thread with one customer within a 24-hour window — the same unit WhatsApp bills on — with a 50,000-token fair-use allowance. Unlimited messages inside it; we bill the conversation, never the message.
Can the AI hand a conversation to my team?
Yes — on negative sentiment, specific intents, or whenever the customer asks. Your agent gets the full thread, an AI summary, and can hand back to the AI when done.
Is my customers' data safe?
Tenants are isolated at the database layer, and DPDP consent, export and erasure flows are built into the product. Your conversation data is yours — we don't train shared models on it.
