How the billing actually works

Three rules. That's the whole model.

24 hours = one conversation

Five messages or a hundred — everything a customer sends within a 24-hour window is one unit. Same window WhatsApp bills on, so the wallet and your plan speak the same language.

Overage in blocks of 100

Cross your included volume and you pay a flat rate per extra 100 conversations — cheaper on bigger tiers. The calculator above includes it automatically.

Meta wallet is separate, and visible

WhatsApp/Instagram carry Meta's own per-conversation charges. Those flow through a pre-paid wallet at cost — every charge visible, never bundled into a markup.

What exactly counts as one conversation?

One customer thread within a 24-hour window — the same unit WhatsApp itself bills on, so the model is already familiar. Unlimited messages inside the window, with a 50,000-token fair-use allowance. The thread your customer sees stays continuous; a message after the window simply opens the next conversation. We never bill per message — chatty customers don't cost more.

What happens when I hit my included volume?

On the Free tier, new conversations pause until next month (or you upgrade — existing threads keep working). On paid tiers, overage kicks in automatically at your tier's per-100 rate. The calculator above shows the all-in cost at any volume.

When should I just move up a tier?

The calculator answers this precisely — it highlights the cheapest tier at your volume and shows the crossover point where the next tier becomes cheaper than paying overage. Overage rates are designed so upgrading is always the better deal at sustained volume.

Why is the Meta wallet separate from the plan?

Because Meta's WhatsApp/Instagram charges vary by conversation type and country, bundling them means someone's overpaying — usually you. We pass them through at cost with per-conversation visibility instead.

Do agent seats cost extra?

No per-seat pricing for the inbox at any tier listed here. Your whole team can work conversations — we bill the conversations, not the people answering them.

Is there an annual discount?
